Question if car is worth it?

Ok I got a question I am going to buy this talon tsi for 3100 I was wanting to know if yall think its worth 3100? Also I got a 98 gst I am planning on taking my performance parts off and either selling it cheap or just parting it and scrapping it. Question is the tsi is 6bolt motor and mine is a 7 bolt. Will my ets fmic fit on it? Also I want to swap the lsd into the tsi and couple other things. Will I have any problems swapping anything?
