Is this worth it?

To me this looks like a good deal but I would like to ask all your opinions on it. Its a ported and polished head off a 4g63T with crane cams. The guy is not exactly sure which modle cams they are although he did say the car sounded great with them. I dont know much about crane cams but i know there $400+ new. Only problem with the head is he bent the valves after the timing belt broke. My question is would it still be worth the $200 he is asking for the head if all I want is the head itself and the crane cams? thanks

As long as it's not cracked or warped, I would say it is a decent deal. Fully built race heads go for a LOT more than that WITHOUT cams, so if it's in good shape, I say get it and throw some new valves and hardware in it.

$200 for a head + cams? I would do it, even if there is a risk of the head being unusable. An easy to to 'spot check' (of course get it checked my a shop after) is to put the head on a table and see if it rocks back and forth.
