Hi after reinstalling the engine i just bought i went for a ride !
I did beat the crap out of it right away , and the strap from the alternator to the crank came off , so i put that back in place and saw that when running the crank pulley is crooked !!!

can it be just the pulley ? or the crank itself ? the strap keeps comming off when i beat the engine a bit !

and how to take the pulley off ? thank-you !

There's 4 12mm bolts that hold the pulley onto the crank sprocket. You might want to try to tighten those before you drive the car again. Also, it would be a good idea to get a new belt since the one that keeps falling off is probably stretched out.

I'd say get a new belt because that one that fell off most likely got damaged when it fell off, not really a problem if it stretches, just any edges it might've gotten when it fell off :)
