Ive got another problem and i believe its coming from the crank pulley. When I came home the other night from my friends a weird grinding and rattling noise occured and then the car lost power steering and the intstrument gauge lit up. Is this typical of a crank pulley failure? I was still able to drive the car and hit full boost just with no power steering. Thanks :dsm:

A seperated crank pulley will end up eating the alternator belt which drives the water pump and PS, you will want to inspect the lower timing belt cover for damage as well if this turns out to be a seperated pulley.

Just by glancing at the belts to the right of the engine i see no frays or tears. Would i be able to see them if it were indeed a crank pulley that had separated?

If both the alternator and PS belts are still there, focus on why you lost PS. Check the fluid level, leaks and make sure the alternator pulley and water pump pulley are not seized.
