Ok I need a bit of help making a decision. I figured I would ask the DSM brethren.
First and foremost I am not a welder, I have an old Lincoln dog house stick welder, and the legendary Harbor freight $99 gas-less mig welder that I glue steel together with.
So what I know about welding will fit in a thimbell with room to spare.
Now I also have a Miller DialArc-HF (black face) This is a water cooled Tig I bought years ago.

I am trying to decide weather I should keep it or sell it off and get a smaller tig Something like the Eastwood AC/DC
TIG Welder | TIG Welders | TIG Welding ? Eastwood TIG 200 AC/DC Welder
Now most of the welding on aluminum I will be doing will be crack repair and filling in "rot" pits in gasket surfaces.
So my beads will be will be ground and machined, not seen.
I want/need something that is fairly easy to use, but will be able to weld cast aluminum.
I have poked around this fourm a bit, and have seen some of the welds that have been laid down. So that means there are some welders in here that may be able to advise me.
