punisment racing intercooler stock fans

I just bought a pr fmic for my 2g, it also has a big evo 3 16g turbo and was wondering if i need a slim fan or with the stock passager side fan work .I had to take it off cause of the j pipe but this one goes the other way.

I have that same setup and my stock fans fit fine.
