I read somewhere else on here about using pt cruiser rockers on the 420a motor. Is this true? If so, can you use them on a stock head or is there more that needs changed? And finally what years/motor on the pt do you get them from? Thanks guys

Thanks for the info. Although obviously a couple of my questions were answered before, maybe you should have read myy post completely, because your post didnt answer one question. Is there any other modifications required or do they just bolt right in? But hey, thanks for the help, sorry i obviously wasted your time.

Actually, it seems like it answered all of your questions...

"The PT rockers are an upgrade over our stock rockers due to the design of the tab to keep it aligned over the valve stem tip." (Yes)

If so, can you use them on a stock head or is there more that needs changed?
Again, "The PT rockers are an upgrade over our stock rockers due to the design of the tab to keep it aligned over the valve stem tip." (No mention of any special modifications needed)

And finally what years/motor on the pt do you get them from?
"2.7L Rocker 4792295AB
MP/PT Lifter P5007440"
(Part numbers are better than make/model/year. Otherwise, the PT Cruiser basically used the same 2.4L engine in cars sold in the US throughout its production history.)
