I was told that you need to ground the timing adjustment connector, and ground a connection on the plug under the dash on the right of the fusebox, to allow the ISC motor to close properly then you adjust the BISS screw. Does anyone have better instructions on doing this procedure?

Thanks

thats pretty much it, if u have a datalogger installed, you dont need to ground the diagnostics port (its already grounded). otherwise just use a alligator clip and ground the timing plug. Its really easy.

Does the car need to be running while the timing adjuster is grounded? Also do the two need to be grounded together or can the timing adjuster alone be grounded?
