Alright, so I've been having my boostleak issues if you have been seeing my other threads, but would adjusting my BISS still make a difference? I've tried adjusting it and it makes no difference. Is all the way down lower idle and higher up more idle? Because when I start the car in the morning, it likes to idle at 2500-3000 rpms and wake the dead. The boost leaks would cause this, yes? And would adjusting the BISS help this, also is there an o-ring for the biss or anything that could cause a leak there?

You don't adjust the BISS screw until you reset the ISC motor.

BISS (Base Idle Set Screw) is just that-to set the idle to the 750 rpm.

When the BISS screw is adjusted correctly, cold idle should only be up to 1500 rpm then settle down to the 750rpm when fully warm.

You have some timing, ISC, BISS, and FIAC issues, along with possible ECU issues that needs to be resolved to correct this issue.
