I own a small shop and decided to start building a demo car. Me and a friend picked up a 1993 Eagle Talon TSi AWD in trade for his banged up Grand Prix GTP and started in on it. When we got it, the car was in limp mode and had a dying alternator, but had only 105k on it. The body is all pretty straight with only 1 visible spot of rust, which had previously been repaired poorly. But, enough talking, ON TO THE PICS!!

This is how it looked when we first got it into the shop:

After a days worth of work we got it to here, and out of limp mode

Yet another day and we had it to this point

One more day and we'd installed a fresh remanufactured alternator, among other things

The gauges aren't quite done yet, I'm still working on lighting the needles. The plug cover was made out of a piece of stainless I had laying around and still needs some minor tweaks as well. Hopefully I can get the dents and rock chips out of it tomorrow to get it completely ready for paint. It will be getting sprayed in Nighthawk Black, with a little extra blue pearl in it. I have a spare valve cover, intake mani, fuel rail, and throttle body that I'm working on right now too. Also have to wait on more led's to finish the interior lights. Orange HVAC controls with blue led's = no bueno.

I plan on making a custom paddle shift setup for it relatively soon. Head gasket popped on it today so I have the head, intake mani, and exhaust mani ripped out right now. Good time to yank the EGR while everything is apart.

Got the head gasket replaced and doing some boost leak testing on it. Started getting my parts list together for the 2.4. Just have to keep it running like a top until the 2.4 is done and I'll be happy. Also got some icing on it right now filling in some rock ships and scratches.

What bulbs did you use on the cluster?

I didn't use bulbs on the cluster. I made my own array and wires it in that way. I'm waiting on my wide angle leds to finish it off. Also have some white leds for the needles coming too.
