Problem with clutch

I have a 95 Talon TSi AWD 5 speed. Recently I have been having difficulty with my clutch. It was sinking to the floor and would not always engage. I bled the clutch to ensure their was no air in the line. This only helped a little. The car seems to have trouble shifting when the engine is in vacuum, but shifts perfectly when it has boost. What could be causing this? Also I have had the master and slave cylinders changed recently, but I am not sure what the cylinder in between the two is/does.

The cylinder between he two would be the clutch damper. Search here on tuners for info.
You can try adjusting the clutch but I wouldn't recommend it. From my experiences most likely it's your clutch. But try not to adjust the clutch to much. You can adjust it all you want but it's not going to help, if it's your clutch.... it's your clutch.
Since it's your first post I'll also recommend you search how to adjust your clutch!
