Problem starting after timing belt

So after thinking did my timing belt replaced seals and all that fun stuff put everything back together tripple checked timing spark plugs etc also i noticed while I was
in there the balance shafts were already removed :) both of them nut any who tried to crank it over had a hard time cranking and when it did it ran for about 5sec and died completely shut off...

only thing i can think off is something happend with the crank angle sensor also this from a 95 tsi fwd
 
plugs are in the right order Im almost positive its the crank sensor but i could be wrong
