pressure test: air leaking through turbo?

i did a pressure test on my car and i can feel and hear air leaking out of the exhaust part of the turbine housing. I tried turning the car over and the same thing happened. What could be causing this?

could you be more specific. I dont really mean it's leaking out the turbine housing, i meant the exhaust hole that all the exhaust gases flow out of.

Exactly what is it you think it is that allows & prevents Air from flowing thru the Head - thru the Exhaust Manifold - & thru the Turbo?

Please be specific...
