I purchased the PPG dogbox kit, and since I went to this extreme was wondering, what is the better/best center diff option? Anyways my 4 spider is not fitting in the housing!?

Contacting PPG about the issue.

What is the dimensional measurements of your center diff housing, and the dimensions of your speed design 4-spider cross shaft?

Yup, Jon can do the job. I would also recommend having him face the center diff inside for double spider washers so you will reduce the wear potential of the spider gears / washers into the differential housing. It has been a standard on all of my diffs for a couple years now and works very well.

No, it is machining the center diff housing to use 2 spider gear washers per spider gear. 8x spider gear thrust washers are used instead of 4 on a regular 4-spider center diff.

It helps with reducing wear patterns on the spider gears and the center diff housing.

It says to call for a price on the diff housing. Can you disclose publicly the price? Did you elect for the front diff spool or the straight cut dog engagement 5th gear? Any advice for those looking at purchasing a PPG set? How bad was shipping and such?
