I did my 6 bolt swap and now I noticed I am leaking where the line connectes to the ps, its not much, but I want to fix it. Maybe I forgot to put a washer on, I have one but maybe there's two, can someone check there car and see what they got. And yes the top nut is tight.

thanks

There is actually only 1 washer, but there are 2 o-rings on the fitting on the pump that are probably leaking.

That would be the best place. But I can't seem to find a part number for them. I'll keep looking.

I'm still looking for part numbers, but I found this in the FSM. You would want numbers 1 and 2.

I'm not sure, I already drained mine before removing the nut. I would suggest you drain some of the fluid from another point before removing the nut. With any luck you will only leak a little fluid from there while replacing the o-rings.

yes fluid will leak.... put rags and stuff under it. its a 5 to 10 minute job max.

42 ft.lbs / 57 Nm of torque on the bolt.

Edit...

42 ft.lbs is on the 2G pump.

Splitpi, the picture you have posted is from a non-turbo. The torque on the nut for a turbo is 13 ft.lbs. like shown in the picture I posted above.

Looks like you got the leaking problem figured out, but here is a tip when taking the line off.

I put a zip tie on my hood prop, then wrapped another one around the line. Once the line is off you can then zip tie the two together holding the line up and not leak any extra fluid. Also you'll probably have to bleed the power steering system but that isn't too hard.

It appears the 3 o-rings (A, B, and C) only come in the seal kit (#7, part number MR130945) which is about $15 from JNZ. Your choices are to buy that kit or source the o-rings locally using the measurements in the chart in post 6.

Thanks for getting the part #. Do you think I need that other o-ring or probably not?

Check for fluid leaking at the bottom side of the fitting (#9 in the picture). If it's leaking there too replace the o-ring. If not, I would leave it alone.
