Where is the unit located that controls the locks for a 92 talon? I'm thinking about getting one of those keyless entry system for autozone just for the heck of it and I have no idea where the unit is that controls the locks. Thanks!

Know which wire does what by any chance?

Nevermind, GOT IT!

Hope this can help someone else out!

All I did was I took 2 donor wires and started touching them together at random spots to see what would happen, and after sparking once or twice here ya go

red/black is constant 12v

black is ground

the brown/blue wire is the lock

the brown/white is the unlock

when either the lock or unlock wires meet the ground, it locks or unlocks the doors :)

SUPER SIMPLE!

I also recommend the bulldog security remote system from autozone if you just want something basic, it has parking lights output (I am going to wire up some additional lights for that and it has starter immobilizer, but I won't mess with that.
