When my friend drives his evo it seems to 'pull' in every gear. What could I do to make my car an enjoyable ride?

buy a 2g gs and do an evo VIII swap.
Are people seriously telling him to do an Evo swap into a GS? You have to be kidding me. Follow the tuning guide. A 16g or even a 14b car with decent mods and a decent tune will be more than a match for a stock Evo.
Anyone ever done a evo 8 swap?
What are your goals for you car as far as HP, is it a DD, how much are you looking to spend, we kind of need a little more information to help answer your question.
Just follow the tech guide, posted by lifesavedave. It will tell you what you need to know to get there, and the easiest, most effective way to make your goals a reality. If you follow that and purchase quality parts, as well as install them properly, you can make your 1g run with that much newer car (= Goodluck!
EDIT: If its more torque your looking for, try a quicker spooling turbo also.

; ]I want to make 350 whp. Daily driver with power to have fun when I want it to. Money will not go into this all at once, but more like something new every 2 weeks to a month.
