possible problem???

ok my friend has 3 dsm's all wit stock bov's. i noticed that my 1g stock bov flutters and his dont. could i possibly have a boost leak or compressor surge?? help me out

o i forgot to add all of his are 1gs too but stock and mine has a built motor wit stock 14b turbo unfortunately i had some other things to pay off but im buying a turbo off a guy at the dsm shootout in august

My experiences with 1g bov's are very shitty ones. I've had 2 or 3 of them and all of them fluttered. I crushed one and it didnt help. Finally i got a tail and it all got happy.

if the vaccume lines were hooked up wrong would that doit?? does any body have a vaccume routing for a 91 awd???

because my car also idles low and likes to stall every once an a while

Turn up the idle..There is a screw on the throttle body, loosen it. Undo negitive battery cable, let ecu reset, and try her again..Most people have said your supposed to ground when turning the idle screw, but I've never had a problem..

Vac line should go from left side of valve cover to bov..Unless someone before you scraped the pcv valve and re routed lines with catch can..Could have a possible vac leak..But lets just see if turning up the idle helps ot not..
