I had my engine completely rebuilt with forged internals and bored .10 over and dropped it back in the car. After double checking all connections I started it to go for a drive. When I first left it was revving fine and boosting like it should but the longer I drive it the lower it revs. At one point it was cutting out at 2000rpm but still building boost.
I know I have some vacuum hoses missing (the previous owner didn't take care of it) but I don't think the vacuum leaks would be causing this. The only other thing I can think of is bad gas. It had 1/8 tank of gas from about 8 months ago.
Any help would be great. Thanks
