Possible Fuel injector problem

my car is all kinds of crazy! anyhow my problem is that the car just doesnt boost right, it seems that it lags like i have a boost leak but i do not have one i have checked and had others check multiple times... i have notieced a gas smell for quite sometime never could find the culporate then yesterday noticed that its been a fuel injector cracked the whole time...my question is could this effect the way my car boost, whats happening is when i go into boost it lags and when it does kicka bit its not near the force it should be you cant feel a diff in hp from 5-15psi...i reset the battery drive downt he rd and just on 5psi it pulls very hard, then when the ecu re learns itself my car starts its mess again...so could a injector be the cause of this? i ordered a whole new set alreadyWTF

Stop driving until you replace the injector. Get new seals if they don't come with any and do a proper boost leak test to a number above what you are going to be running. Spray soapy water all over and look for bubbles. Your pressure should hold for at least a minute without leaks depending on how well your internals seal.

Once you replace them and test again, then see if the problem persists and go from there.
