Any tricks to this? I'm not too crazy about putting my 7 blade hx35 into one of these tiny housing anyway. But It saves time and space at the moment.

Any thin or weak areas to stay away from when porting one? Anyone have any suggestions? Or have any good/bad experiences porting one? Is it even worth it? I haven't seen much on this topic.

Honestly it would be best to remove the casting flash and make it smooth. Also port out the waste gate provision. Make it closer to the size of the hole. Don't spend too much time on it. I went from a ported housing to a non ported and logged no difference.

It's a .55 a/r housing which is already cast with a 60+mm opening to match a ported manifold....there's nothing left to port unless you're opening up the wastegate hole.

Thanks all. If anything I'll just clean it up a tad.
