So bullseye power is out of the bolt-on housing for the hx35 and so are all its vendors till the end of the month and I don't feel like waiting till then to to bolt on my new
turbo. So I wanted to know which t3 manifold you guy recommend or are using. (I know there 6 holset turbos threads with thousands of post but that is just to much to handle). Oh and does the fact that I have a 6 bolt help with clearance; I dented my water pipe before installing my 50 trim without even needing it.

you could install an adapter plate to your current manifold as an idea. Many of the major vendors offer quality manifolds with t3 flanges

what vendors carry the housing for the hx35?

Tim's Turbo and The Turbo Trader.

I know this is a old forum, but djalogik there's a lot of fabrication you need to do to run a BEP T3 housing. You need to fabricate a downpipe vband downpipe or a vband to Mitsubishi flanged downpipe o2 housing if you want o2 housing.

personally i would stay away from the Bullseye stuff. I have had problems after problems with their turbos and housings. I went threw 3 exhaust housings and i never even ran the car. The bolts seize in their housings and no way to get them out without breaking. I have also purchased 2 turbos from them and both of them have had horrible compressor surge so im very unhappy with their stuff

Yeah no shit I bought a small 16G with a BEP turbine housing in it and the dude broke 2 bolts on the intake side of the housing. He broke an ezout in one of them trying to get it out, had helluva time getting it out. Another thread had a piece of metal broken off in it. I ran a tap through all threads because they were so tight. It took some good amount of for to clean/tap the threads.

I would suggest tapping the threads to loosen them up a bit. It no wonder the bolts kept busting off. Can't wait to slap this puppy on and go for a ride though =)
