1G pop up lights wont go up

last night i tried to pop up my light but they didnt want to go up.....my lights work fine but didnt want to pop up i pressed the button and nothing......need help

A. Check and see if the arm that operates the lights popped off.

B. If A isn't the problem check all electrical connections/fuses/switch etc..

C. If everything else checks out it could be the motors themselves.

I can pretty much guarantee it's the plastic socket on the end of the actuator has cracked and the ball joint on the headlight housing fell out.

Try just lifting the headlight with your hand. If you can then the actuator has come off. It's a bit of a Pain in the ^$$ but you can pry the thing back on if it's not too badly cracked or you'll have to find a replacement at the salvage yard.

where is the pop up headlight relay locate at? engine compartment near the passenger shock?

+1 My pop ups didn't pop for the first 5 years I owned my car. The i changed a couple of the fuse/relays in that box (trying to fix something else) and they started working and have been working ever since (about 2 years). I'm not sure which fuse/relay it was though, sorry.

no i dont think its my relays i was just messin around and they flipped up i had the car off and just put the high beams and they flipped up
