Looks like a Fidanza flywheel, as that's the only one I know of with the replaceable friction surface.

Not sure on the pressure plate or disc.

Thanks, will replacing the surface allow it to not require machining, or will it still need to be milled down to specs?

Looks like my Fidanza and yes it will let you not have to have it machined.

You should at least have the flywheel checked to make sure it's within spec.
