I have been searching for about a day now and have not found anyone with the same problem as I am having. I have a TRE stage 3 trans with evo 1st and 5th gears, ripgrip front, 4 spider center with a competition stage 4 sprung 6 puck clutch with a cometition lightened flywheel. I have been running this setup for about 10,000 miles with no issues.
This morning I was driving to work and when I shifted into 4th there was a grinding noise when I was engaging the clutch. It does not happen all the time. Its not really a grinding noise but more of a humming/grinding, its hard to explain, It only grinds when it is at low rpm, but when I rev match before I shift there is no issue.
Is there any particuliar reason why this would be occuring. Any help would be appreciated.
Also I have never launched the car or shifted fast or anything, it has been baby as its my DD.

Update..This morning I realized that when I let the clutch out slowly at low rpms it makes the noise. However when I shift normally everything seems to be in check.
