Okay. So I read the diagnose a no start section. About 10 times. Let me explain what's going on. The car sat for years when I got it. It's a 1990 laser turbo. I'm sure people are sick of hearing from me by now but I really need this car running. I put a new battery in it. It cranked but didn't start. So I read the thread. I sprayed starter fluid in the cylinders. The car started. So I started with the fuel. Since the car had been sitting so long I drained the gas tank. Cleaned it out. Put a new (stock) fuel pump and fuel filter in it. Put new gas in, octane booster. Put it all back together. Still just cranks. Did a spark test, I have spark, checked my fuel pressure regulator it is fine. Took the computer out I didn't see any damage or anything, boost goes halfway when key is on, I put new plugs and wires in anyway, I'm sure I'm going to hear that it's fuel injectors but I can't afford that right now and am looking for any suggestions on anything else it could be. To make sure I have covered everything before I spend the money on those. And if it is those does anyone have stock ones for cheap? I also checked my mpi relays, I also checked all the wiring several times. Required some work but nothing major. I also did a compression test all cylinders were about 145 to 155. Also. The gas gauge doesn't work. I'm telling you this because I know one thing can sometimes be a clue to another. Any help would be great. Ask any questions I will try to answer them. If I can't I will go out there and do whatever you need and tell you the results. Thank you.
