Please help with my 1g CF hatch

hello everybody, just bought a CF hatch for my 1g, I buy the rear glass brand FAL but before that would like to get all rubbers and seals bearing the trunk, I have all of my old trunk, but I really prefer to buy new and OEM preference
If you can bring something for me, please let me know

Typically whoever you have install the new glass will have the weatherstrip, too. It most likely will be aftermarket as the last time I checked the OEM one was no longer available. At least for a 2g. But the aftermarket one works just fine. Now the weatherstrip for the trunk opening may still be available. jNz tuning is a good place to check.

What is the weatherstrip?
i am from Chihuahua, Mexico and perhaps the translation in my country is different, in my country the OEM parts are not available, if someone has done what you want to do before, I think it could use some photos

Weather strip is the fancy name for the rubber seals around the doors and trunk openings.

JNZ said it was No longer Available. Your best chance is something universal.

Can you not re-use weatherstripping off the metal (original) hatch?

I have had good luck finding some good weather stripping in a local junkyard, still in great condition. But seeing as how your in mexico im not sure how popular dsm's are there in junkyards

Thank you very much, in my country the 1g cars are almost extinct, it is very difficult to get parts for these cars in junkyards (yonkes) anyway just bought this trunk ...

I can't imagine a carbon fiber hatch being cheap, where did buy it from? looks great.
As for the weather stripping i have yet to find someone that sells it new. Hopefully a manufacture will put some into production soon!

I do not know what company it is, I buy an acquaintance in Mexico, sells carbon fiber parts, this is my contact on my facebook, please add me and I can pass on the facebook seller parts CF
