99% sure the white one is for the brake fluid level switch, but it has different wire colors from the 2g connector thread.

Is the black terminal for the alternator? It came out of the same grommit as the hood switch for the stock alarm. Also, am I able to delete the hood switch without causing problems in the security system?

No clue what the black connector. It has 4 slots, but only uses 2 of them.

Can you identify where in the harness this black 4 slot connector is? This might help the location and identification process. Or does it go straight to the firewall?
 
I can try to trace back the connections to the fuse box, but I think it was part of the chassis harness. I think it came around the driver's side fender and I think somewhere towards the front of the car.
