identify a few wires/connectors

I bought this car as a shell with a wiring harness, well now i have most of the car wired up and connectors plugged in. I havent been successful in my search to find out what these wires do. Please help!

1991 eagle talon tsi awd. looks like it used to have a/c and power steering. I am not running power steering or a/c.

in these 2 pictures, the previous owner left me with several cut wires, I'm guessing they go to the coolant temp sensor, but dont know which goes to what.

I have my own coolant temp sensor, i will be running wire to the gauge in my car, so I just need to know which of those previous cut wires go to the 2 pronged thing there

In the next too, i have 2 connectors in the corner, which i think are for the a/c fuse box or something which i wont be needing? The single connector on the brake booster i cannot identify

the picture with the harness next to the brake reservoir is the fuel pressure solenoid. It can be safely removed, you can look up vacuum line details on how to connect all the vacuum lines. I believe the other one controls the ac fuse box. its been so long since I removed all the clutter form my engine. I hope I helped out.
