1997 Eclipse GS-T: Can someone post a pic of their oil filter area, so I can see wire connections and colors for the senders? I have some hanging wires there and am not sure which one goes where... There is a yellow with red stripe and a solid yellow wire just dangling with no connectors. I've looked on a diagram, but the sensors are not id'ed in a way that I can relate to what I am seeing under the car. The large can-type sending unit is connected to a blue wire with white trace going to it and is still intact. I have one sender disconnected, but two wires hanging out, so not sure which to use and what the other is for...

This should help.

What diagrams are you using? Stock service manual includes wire colors etc.

I think you are connecting the power steering switch wire to oil pressure sender for oil pressure gauge. The yellow/red wire is the one should be connected to it. The solid yellow should be to the oil pressure switch.
