How many of you had to remove your internal safety bumper to install the I/C...? I'm looking for an I/C solution but want to keep the bumper intact. I was thinking the 7 or 8" tall ones found on ebay would work well running below the safety bumper, but I don't see anyone installing them...

Lovin the manifold but why that extra tube for eth dump it kinda kills the whole look?? Hot setup though. I have aquired about getting a manifold made that will make for a crazy setup. hoping to add pics to this thread in the near future.

i had to extend it, to clear the turbo housing, i was originally expecting to mod this manifold anyway, and by the way i will polish that tube to it matches as much as possible. Not final product as seen!

Blew the motor but I have a 2.2 stroker block on order from howell automotive. Just waiting for it now. Also have a new front mount setup I just installed yesterday.

Most or not all of us have removed our safety bumper to install the IC. I removed mine, but I've got a pretty large IC (And still working on installing my whole kit). You can go ahead and try it out and tell us how that goes. Although I don't know how that would look. If it's pretty lookin' or whatever.

Sorry I didnt have time to wash the car or bolt on my wheels. I roll around on stockers because they ride well. Heck they are new tires might as well use them on the rainy days.
This is a Turbonetics 60 t3/t4 turbo. I am running a 7.25 psi spring when I am riding around town. The Wastegate ia 38mm Tial. I have a new Intake manifold and couplers to install as well as some powdercoating. The BOV is HKS and I purchased it off ebay. I had all the tubing bent at Maxi muffler and worked out well. I only have three couplers because everything else is welded. I will upgrade injectors with the Candy Red intake manifold this week. When I do I will probably run 9 psi boost. The fuel system was all purchased from Hahn. 255L fuel pump and all lines. I actually want some longer lines that do not need to cross over the valve cover but thats what I have for right now. Progress is fast but I have not had time to drive out to a Dyno to get some number yet. I have been very lucky with the whole occurance coming accross deals. Right now I need to fix a Boost / vacuum leak I believe is from a blown out gasket on the intake manifold.

More powder coating to come on the thermostat, piping, intake manifold, turbo heat shield, and throttle body.

I have a Black APEXI SAFC 2 for sale. It will not work in conjunction with a Hahn port fueler so there is not much reason to use it. I will sell it for $80 My loss your gain. 423-316-7926

This is the pic right after the install. I was still excited. I replaced the air filter with onse that has a heat shield , and I need to have the exhaust coated black as its starting to rust just a little.

I mounted my intercooler right up under the bumper support. I trimmed the bumper cover to fit.

Wow I like your headlights. Where did you get them. They come out to a point like the 95 lights and 97-99 talon. I am looking for a set like that. WHat brand are they or did you buy them off a 95 and paint them?

they are factory 97 talon headlights w/ painted bezels, Tsx projector retrofit, lexus hid's and I removed the yellow plastic over the side markers
