Hi, I just bought my first turbo for my 420a. I plan to install it on my own. I think that I am getting close to having all the parts I need. I just wanted to ask about a few things. I have already purchased Garrett t3 turbo - Treastone turbo manifold - Treadstone polished 1.5' dump tube - Treadstone 2.5' down pipe - Tial 38mm external wastegate - HKS SSQV blowoff valve with adapter pipe - Treadstone TR8 Front Mount Intercooler - Polished Aluminum intercooler piping with Treadstone silicone hoses - Glowshift Black series boost & air/fuel gauge - K&N air filter with intake pipe - Missing Link fuel cut defender - Walbro 255lph Fuel Pump obx fuel rail and 450cc injectors- TurboXS manual boost controller - Oil feed/drain lines w/ fittings - All gaskets, clamps, and vacuum lines. I still need to get colder pugs and a fuel pressure regulator. What is it I might be missing? The injectors that I bought are low impedance so I need some kind of resistor, and I have no idea about that. Any help would be great.

Well you're missing one very crucial component, an AWD drivetrain! haha :p

Sounds to me like you pretty much have all you need, ive never done this so im not entirely sure. But ive seen the injector resistors for like 10 bucks on ebay, check it out.

invest in a oil catch can. or maybe i missed it in your post. BTW how much has all that costed you i thought about running turbo in my 420A

You can buy a resistor pack that or get the ecu tricked out. if you check out the tech guides on here they will help you a lot. With stock internals how much boost are you planning to use?

I had my engine rebuilt about 4000 miles ago. I didn't know much about it then, and it was rebuilt for high compression but all good components forged pistons and so on. So I think that I can get away with about 9 psi.

Good luck with that OBX fuel rail. Let me know how it goes. It was a nightmare for me. Mounts didn't line up properly, injectors wouldn't seal correctly, didn't like up with the intake at all.
Tried everything in our book of tricks and still pissed fuel all over the place.

On the plus side, it does make for a fancy desktop pen holder :)
