performance clutch slave/master cylender?

I'm having to replace my tranny fluid or refill the resovoir atleast twice a month.. I'm thinking theres a leak in one or both of these.. master/slave cylinder

I put alot of miles on my car, And wish to race it some day. Is there any performance or high quality parts that will last. That are fairly reasonable in their priceing??

OEM should suffice, there isn't really any excess wear on a clutch master/slave from driving it hard.

Most parts that are for high performance or are high quality come with a high price tag.

Yes, there are high performance/quality cylinders. Check out Tilton Engineering's site. I would not recommend looking at the prices though if you're looking for something cheap.

I don't know anyone on here running something other than stock. You obviously have a problem somewhere that needs to be sorted out.

I assume by transmission fluid you mean clutch fluid. Check under the dash where the master bolts up and see if it's leaking there, and then get under the car and check the slave cylinder. If your system is losing fluid it's most likely at the either of the pistons, and should be some what obvious under scrutiny.

And spell/grammar check before you post otherwise people will be wary of helping you.

I have had an issue twice with the master leaking badly onto the floor board.
I tend to keep the clutch down when im going over speed bumps, steep drive ways etc. I let my issue go to long now and i need to replace my seal &/or rebuild the master.
Time to research tomorrow

i like the 73 and 77 series... what sizes should fit the talons??

yea i read that holding in the clutch breaks down the seals quicker... but the clutch gets used alot..more then any other pedal.. stuffs gonna break down no matter how you drive..

I'm looking for something that can produce /handle more pressure.. then oem.. and built NOT to leak.. atleast not inside the car and on my shoes.. dot-3/4 isn't exactly a pleasant odor..or a great walking surface..

Then something to monitor and release pressure in the future.. i wanna know what's going on with my clutch/tranny

I like the degree of control the hydraulic clutch has, but dislike the float/slip non-immediate engaugement..but that may just be the oem clutch being old and probably far gone..
