yea thats it bc I recently changed mine out and it looked exactly the same, have you tried maybe running a tap of the same size through it just to clean the threads out?

Yeah i wiped the permatex off, cleaned out the hole. I got it to thread in.

I have another problem now, i put in the new cts put the clip back on. The car wouldn't start up at all.

So i unplugged the new one and put the clip on the old one, it started up. I ran out of time to put the old one back into the them housing so its just hanging there. Now the car has that misfire all the time.

Just beautiful, im never buying a part of any part store again.
