Palm arrived today, what's the best tuning softwear

My new palm m130 arrived today and my logger cable should be here tommorrow, and I need to know what is the best tuning/logging softwear to use, I know my cable is supposed to come with some softwear but is one better than the other, are most free to download?? I see that this site sells a system for $150, what is that about, is it worth it.

I use mmcd with no problems. That is probably what will come with your cable. I tried palmnstein but was happier with the mmcd

i use mmcd and have never had a problem.....its good stuff. get ready to be wowed by all the information that you'll get, just make sure you know what it means
