Some possible questions that you have not addressed:
  • Is the system properly bled of air?
  • How new is the radiator cap?
  • Are all of your sensors plugged in?
  • Are your fans turning on?
  • Have you completed a compression test?
  • Pressure test the cooling system?
  • Belt for water pump properly tensioned?

What temp are you calling overheating?

Factory cluster gauge or aftermarket gauge?
