So I just got my turbo back in my car and hooked up everything the way its supposed to be. Well I took it out for a drive and my 35mm tial wastegate now opens at around 14-15 psi instead of the 11.6 psi that it used to open at. The only thing I can think of is that I took the spring out to see what the color of the spring was and I thought I did, but maybe I put it together wrong? Let me know if you have any idea. Thanks!

Alright, the wastegate is mounted directly on top of an inline pro turbo manifold. I just reinstalled my turbo because I had it out getting the oil seals replaced, and I took apart the wastegate to find out what color spring I had in it. (I bought the car with the wastegate). Hope this helps.

Vehicle profile is still not filled out. I'm feeling nice so will respond, but will be the last time until you do.

Was trying to find a pic of your manifold but InlinePro's Site only lists Honda manifolds

Please don't tell me this thread is for the car you have pictured in your profile (Acura).

Do you have a boost controller, if so what? Do you have any air leaks btw the WG, your boost controller and the boost source? Where are you tapping for your boost source for the W/G and for the boost gauge? Did you change any of the vac line routing/boost sources since when you last had it installed? :dsm:

One of his other threads like 2 weeks ago specifically mentions he doesn't have the talon but a boosted acura and I think if he'd had a N/T with a turbo the profile would have been filled out.

Please stop posting honda tech questions in a DSM tech forum.
