opinions for a newbie

whats the best shifting point to maintain the most boost after each shift? i havent raced my car at all yet being ive only had it for 3 weeks?

Shift at redline. You should be full boosting after 3K

Why would you say shift at redline? There are threads on this all over the place. Just search for them and i'm sure you'll find them.

actually its better not to shift at redline...at least thats from my experience with my GSX. my power band cuts out at 6200 RPM's. and it just whines from there to 7000 so i dont even get up to the red.
its all about how you have your car set-up, your ability to drive and what you plan on using your car for.
