only plugs 1 and 4 firing after head gasket and studs change

ok, so i pulled my head to change my studs, and gasket...I installed everything correctly, and got everything put back together, got the engine in time, and she is only running off of two Cyl... (1&4) and this has happened before and last time my ECU wasn't bolted down, so i secured & grounded it and it took care of my problem. Now its a whole new ballgame. and yes all my wires that i took off are connected back. Are there any wires that you can mix/match on accident? (like the tps on hondas) any help would be GREATLY appreciated beacuse i am trying to get her going by tomorrow night so we can go to the track and play with my DSM link. Thanks guys.... p.s. anyone know how to test my cam sensor? I looked through my Chilton, but it's slammed with all 3 diff mitsu engines and everything is cluttered together.

also, what controls cylinders 2 and 3? the CAS? i know i was reading and on another eclipse/talon the CAS only powered 2 cylinders and something else powered the other two. Thanks guys.

Your ignition coils power all the plugs. There are two coil packs, one is for 1&4, the other is 2&3. I'd start there.

that is true, but i have a COP setup. and it's BRAND NEW.

Ignition Control Module would tell the coils when to fire. Use your DVOM to test it. Also can use a test light on the coil to see if there is anything going there.

+1 that its prob the power transistor. or the ecu wire got disconnected somewhere take a volt meter and test the wire on pin 55 to see if its getting a reading(http://www.dsmlink.com/images/forums/1GECUPinout.pdf
