on3 turbos

Anybody have experience with their turbos? Look like they might be of good quality and found one locally for what seems to be a good price its a .78 AR turbo with a .80 exhaust housing and says its good for up to 800hp

What's your setup in the car, 400$ new and it supports that much nah, egay, have fun spoolin it too, built head to enjoy the power band?

You must be new to the turbo world. There are a lot of LS and Mustang guys running these turbos, they are quite popular in the V8 world. I haven't heard of many failures, in fact I haven't heard of a single one yet that wasn't the turbo's fault, only improper installation and oiling. It probably won't support 800hp thru a 4 cylinder, but it will through a V8 that's making 400-500hp NA power already. Most of these guys run low boost, 7-16 psi max. There isn't much info on these turbos being pushed past that and it is concerning as increased boost pressure = increased shaft speed. Will it last at 25-35psi? Who knows. Maybe it worth a try. They seem legit, and better than the "ebay" branded turbos. They have a good reputation in the performance world. If these were junk they wouldn't be doing this type of work and they would never last in this business.
