Well this isn't a direct answer to your question but the maximum you can run on the T25 efficiently is 15 PSI.

Agreed. There are too many variables to give an accurate scale for ANY turbo. The only way to tell is to do dyno runs before and after adjusting the MBC. Even then, that will just tell you what the difference is on YOUR car, and most importantly, your car in it's present condition.
