read the upgrade paths on this site! i would recommend a full exhaust (downpipe,testpipe, and cat back) as well as an intake pipe and filter and boost gauge as your first mods and $500 should get it done

Well it is totally stock. Lol. Bought it almost 2 years ago (January 30th, 2007) with 48,000 miles and already had the 60,000 mile tuneup done. Now it has about 73,000 (25,000 in 2 years !!) and looking to just add a bit of power. I am not planning on racing but just looking for that extra little power off the line if I need it. I have replaced the valve cover gasket because it was leaking oil.

I guess that's it!

In that case get a boost gauge and boost controller and turn the boost up to 15 psi. Also get an intake, downpipe, upper i/c pipe hard pipe and a 1g bov. That should give your car an extra kick. And if you have a little leftover it never hurts to get an safc and tune it.

all the ebay parts i mention have been proven to work very well

OP don't listen to this, you have a 2g and all the ebay exhausts for the 2gs are great for the price

well i agree with him these parts are not likely to go out on you for being ebay items
for the gauges go with glowshift they are a good brand and they have package deals.

another thing to consider are good performance tires they make a big difference in handeling and reaction.
