Who has deburred their oil pump gears on here and what did you use to do it?
I've deburred tons of gears for hydraulic pumps at work but the gears are a lot bigger and we run them against a 8" abrasive cloth wheel on a bench grinder so I wasn't sure what to use for smaller gears. I was thinking of a small brass wire wheel on a dremel but didn't know if that would be too much. I've seen the cloth wheel round off gear tooth tips when held in one spot too long.
