Oil leak in between manifold and turbo

Hey guys.
Wondering if any of you might know whats up. See i've been leaking oil from where my turbo mounts to the manifold and i'm not completely sure whats up. I was thinking it might be the valve seals but wanted some more opinions before I went and replaced them. when I rev the engine blue smoke just pours out from under the exhaust manifold and you can see visible oil bubbles coming out from where the manifold meets the turbo. Also has high idle but thats not my worry right now.

One of the studs that hold the manifold to the head may be loose. The bottom middle one (IIRC) passes right through into the oil return port of the head. If it were leaking out of where you say, then you would be getting blue smoke from the tailpipe.

Sorry I forgot to state that it IS smoking blue from the tailpipe as well.

Pull the exhaust manifold and take a look. You can see if the valves are wet and if there is oil in the ports. Turn the engine by hand with the manifold off and check all the valves.
