how should i fix this problem some like 1 inch sections of the lines are crushed should i cut out the bad sections and bridge it with some sort of tubing. if this would work what kinda of tubing should i use? if not what should i do?

Oil lines for your turbo? If you don't really have to get SS tubing. If you can reach the spot that is broken you should be able to just cut out a section and replace it with some high pressure heat resistante rubber hose, found at local autoparts stores. Just make sure and clamp it down good and hard.

In case you meant cooler lines like you typed, you can get away with fuel injection tubing and fuel injection clamps- don't try regular hose or worm clamps. Another thing to consider is replacement with braided.
If you choose to rig it with hose, either flare or build some beading out of JB Weld so the tubing can't just get blown off by high-pressure cold oil.
