Can someone explain to me which one hooks where? And does anyone know a good place to buy the rubber hoses.

the hose you have on already goes to the inlet/outlet right next to it on the picture or the bottom one on the picture. the other one goes to the inlet/outlet right next to the water pump.

That pic is of a 1st gen. But its basically the same way.

You can get the hose at nearly any auto parts store. Just look for fuel injector, or heater core hose. 3/8" is what I used.
