So you are thinking a crack is in the turbo on the turbine side that leaks what, oil or coolant, when it's cold?

It's highly unlikely due to the design of where the coolant passages are. It more likely crack into the oil passage before getting to the turbine.

I would recommend Cometic
OEM MLS HG = ∞ times better than Cometic (except price).

If you really want to figure it out, pull out the turbo and inspect it. Only takes about 30min - 1 hr to pull it out when you know what to do :p

First time give it about 4hrs due to rusty bolts.

Here is a update on the problem i changed the oil yesterday and it seems to have stoped not completely but now its only happening on a cold start in the morning . i think maybe my ic pipes still have oil so its still gonna smoke a bit, well lets see how it goes this weekend if it still happens time for a new turbo.

Same problem here. Sometimes when I stop at a stoplight, and accelerate, a small amount of white smoke shoots out of exhaust. just changed the oil 200 miles ago.. The car runs strong.. It is a bit embarassing though, LOL.

Why recommend him to blow all of this cash for expensive head gaskets when his profile only shows very few mods. I'd personally recommend you to get a cheap OEM head gasket. Even if you want something like 350hp they will still hold up.

However I would defiantly recommend going with ARP headstuds.
