I just ordered my intake and K & N filter from Dejon and now I'm looking for a Catch Can. Does anyone know where I can get one of these? I have looked on some web sites with no luck, with the exception of (i think) Machv for $99.

Any help would be appreciated.

Also does anyone know if any one sells the rubber window trim that goes on the door for the window. You know the one at the top of the main part of the door on the outside. The black coating has pealed off and looks pretty bad.

Thanks in advance! :D

pep boys has them for about $3.00 with the tubing you need. Purlatar Fuel filter. Just make surethe arrow points AWAYfrom the engine when you install it!

But the thing is, is that the fuel filter catch can thing isn't 100%-- some oil still gets through. So why even use one and leave the hose hooked up? Unplug the breather hose from the intake and either just let it hang or route it to a real catch can. That way you're guaranteed no oil gets back into the intake.

Cheap fuel filter works fine, been using them for years myself. Let the riceboys buy the expensive stuff.

you can make one with an old power steering resivour its got a inlet / outlet and drain cap. flip it upside down, the inlet on top goes to yer intake -- the one of the side goes to the valve cover. this is a true smog legal catch can

Thats the coolest thing Ive heard... great idea Dave!!
ANyhow whats this about the Marine way being the wrong way... I suppose USAF way is correct =)

Nah, both ways work, it's just the USAF way looks better. Cuz we're hardly ever in the middle of nowhere and have to make a radio out of bushes and seeds like you guys. We just go to Radio Shack on our lunch hour.:D

No unfortunately not. I rarely go to Dayton, I'm either working or working so yeah...I don't get out much anymore. We'll have to meet up sometime when I get a chance. Is there a local DSM club in Dayton? I was talking to a few of the guys in CDSM in Columbus but...well...I don't think I'll be going back. The wings were a little to tall for me....

TalonTSi16G, FightingChance, and myself are the only DSM"ers that are on this board that are in Springfield. Hell you have the exact same color and year model as TalonTSi16G and I have. I OWNED you both! LOL Shoot me an email sometime.

Thats cool. yeah there used to be a dayton club. i started one. but no one ever wanted to hang out or do stuff so i closed the website and gave up on the idea. so yeah. if you wanna hang out sometime just give me an email.

You racing at Kil-kare in Xenia this year? Maybe we can all meet up out there this spring. The rest of us will be out there periodically practicing or just having fun, so maybe we can set something up. I'll email you some time when I actually have a weekend to myself.

cool. i dont think i will be racing this year because #1 my car isnt ready. and #2 i have no 1st gear. but i do love watching. i went out a couple of times last year to see the dsms. right now my car isnt running at all. i just got a new turbo (replacement stock) (im tight on money right now) and a supra SMIC and im about to get a S-AFC. so maybe by the middle of summer i will have a few more things.. but i will be spending some big money on my Hearse project. So we will see.

I just want to know who sells the nicest catch can. I see already that rre sells a nice one that you can get in either black or crome i think. But has anyone seen ones that are any nicer? Thanks for anyones help:thumb:

Summit Racing has them for 15 bux, they look pretty cool. But if money ain't a thang, I believe Greddy makes one.

Yea whats up with that greddy one? That thing sounds more complicated than it looks i dont see that there is any need for that but that its emission safe and it not only helps keep your piping and intercooler clean but it keeps your intake pipe clean is that really necessary? I still need peoples opinions on witch catch can i should go for. Please help.;)
