Odd problem!!! [Won't rev past 4k in 1st gear]

Ive done research about not revving past 4k but have not found anytthing on this situation: If I go 100% throttle in first gear i cant rev past 4k, but it revs fine in any other gear. What is up?

What do you mean? The clutch will start slipping? Your car starts stumbling? You'll have to elaborate more for us to give you better advice.

It is something in the engine but if it was a boost leak wouldnt it do it in all gears? My clutch is brand new by the way.
