Hi, for a while now, Ive loved the raw ear shattering sound, well know to scare old people out of their wheel chairs on a sunny after noon in a quiet residential neighborhood. But now. Im getting up in age, 23 now. and the loud robust growl of my wastegate actuatage is kind of a nussience......

well, for real though, i just want to hear my turbo on topend LOL.
how crappy would it be to have a exhaust shop cut a hold and weld the dump tube into the main pipe?

would it be less efficient, any ideas on this?

Im going to say itd be just like runnign a regular O2 housing, since its running back into the exhaust.

Go for it.

Actully it's kind of a common thing that is done to smooth the exhaust flow a bit. Just route it down to right before the flex pipe at as close of an agle to the exhaust as possable. Cut a hole and weld. Dont just but the pipe up at a 90 decgree angle, aim for smooth exhaust flow and u shouldn't notice too much of a difference in boost creep.

and when you're done getting everything welded together, head over to the mall and buy you a purse and some lipstick........... :barf:

You can just go buy a stock 2g o2 housing and port it out, then you could sell your o2 dump to someone who would appreciate it.......... :toobad:

I AM telling you that a trade for a 3 inch 02 eliminator downpipe, for a ported 2g o2 housing is ignorant.

you know, a 3 foot long, 3 ich 02 eliminator downpipe, that goes from the turbo to the flex section.

wouldnt make much sense would it.
